When should I expect to receive my order?

As all orders are made to order by me, it can take up to 14 working days for your order to be shipped (this is just a max time! - most take 2-7 days). Once posted, the shipping time will very much depend on where you are in the world. For the UK, orders are sent tracked 48hrs & should take no more than 3 days. International orders may take a little longer. Every order is provided with a tracking number, so you can check where your item(s) are! 

How much does shipping cost?

International Shipping - £14-21

All orders are sent tracked and signed for through Royal Mail

*IMPORTANT*

Any items sent back to me due to being unclaimed (when delivery shows to have been attempted) will be refunded. However the cost of delivery will be exempt from the refund.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! If you'd like to email with your custom idea, I'll be more than happy to discuss that with you!

Can I request a specific size?

Yes! Please email neonthreadshelp@gmail.com if you'd like a size that isn't currently an option 

Will you restock sold out items?

If part of the limited edition, once the item has sold out, it's gone!
